Highline Schools Foundation scores chromebooks for every Chinook Middle schooler

Today I was inspired by the great leaders of the Seattle aerospace community and the Highline School District's Chinook Middle School. Three CEOs, Ray Conner of Boeing, Brad Tilden of Alaska Airlines and Gary Greenbaum of Syntonic subjected themselves to learning algebra at the local middle school. Brave men indeed! (I saw the math they were doing and let me say that with a degree in Visual Communications I was pretty intimated by the quadratic equations!)

Boeing, Alaska Airlines and Syntonic came together to donate chromebooks for every student at Chinook Middle School in Seatac. The math students were brought in to teach the CEOs some alegbra.

All three CEOs really impressed me with their authenticity, humility, and generous spirits. We are a lucky community to have these companies in our hood!

Great job to Ashley Fosberg of the Highline Schools Foundation for once again using her super start skills to improve our community.
